How Deposits Work
• A deposit is required to secure every tattoo appointment.
• Deposits go toward the final cost of your tattoo on the day of your session.
• Deposits are non-refundable, but they are transferable if rescheduled within the timelines mentioned below.
• Deposits cover the time spent designing, preparing your stencil, reserving your time slot, and operational studio costs.

$250 - Half & Full days
Your deposit protects:
✔ Design labor
✔ Studio time blocked off for you
✔ Prep + supply setup
✔ Lost work if the time slot cannot be refilled
✔ Stability for a chronic-illness-friendly and accessible studio practice.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If You Need to Cancel
Life, symptoms, emergencies, and surprise low-spoons days happen. I get it.
• Cancelling more than 48 hours before your appointment =
→ Deposit is transferable to a new date.
• Cancelling within 48 hours of your appointment =
→ Deposit is forfeited.
→ A new deposit is required to rebook.
Same-Day Cancellations / No-Shows
These almost always result in an empty seat that can’t be filled.
• Same-day cancellations, ghosting, or failure to confirm arrival =
→ No call no showing will result in a forfeit of deposit and being blacklisted from future bookings with me.
→ Cancelling with less than a 48-hour notice will result in loss of deposit (emergencies do not count)
If You Need to Reschedule Your Appointment
You may reschedule once per deposit as long as you give at least 48 hours’ notice.
• 48+ hours notice = deposit moves with you
• Less than 48 hours = new deposit required
This keeps booking fair, predictable, and manageable for both of us:)
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
If you arrive 15 minutes late without communication, a $50 late fee will be added to your total.
If you arrive more than 25 mins late without communication:
→ Appt rescheduled + a new deposit required (depending on design size and remaining time)
I offer flexibility because disabled clients deserve tattoo experiences that honor their bodies just as much as anyone else.
If you’re rescheduling because of:
• a chronic illness flare
• mobility issues
• new symptoms
• sensory overload
• executive dysfunction barriers
• unexpected sickness
→ You may reschedule without penalty as long as you:
communicate as soon as you’re aware you need to shift, before the appointment window begins, ideally 2hrs prior, as I set up about an hour before you arrive!
Just send a quick message (even just “NEED TO RESCHEDULE – symptoms flaring”)
No long explanations required. No guilt. No shame.
Your body comes first.
However:
• Multiple chronic-illness reschedules in a row may require an additional deposit just to keep the schedule sustainable, but this is always handled with compassion and clear communication.
• If you expect to need to reschedule, we can arrange a higher deposit right off the bat to keep things simple!
Harassment, inappropriate behavior, or disrespect of any kind will result in the immediate termination of the session without refund.
Clients must arrive sober (alcohol & 420) and prepared for their appointment. I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Please do not bring additional guests unless approved in advance (I typically allow 1 support person as needed, given studio size constraints).

If you or anyone you’ve been exposed to has tested positive for COVID-19, message me to reschedule
Please come to your appointment well-rested, hydrated, and having eaten.
Notify me of ANY medical conditions or allergies before our appointment.
Including, but not limited to, latex, adhesives, certain ink pigments, petroleum, etc.
If you have any allergies, sensitivities, or accessibility needs, please notify me during the booking process so I can ensure the studio environment accommodates you.
The remaining balance is due after the session.
I accept cash (!!), Zelle(!!) and Venmo.
Venmo is accepted for DEPOSITS ONLY.
Day of remaining balance must be paid via zelle or cash.
TIPS
Tips are greatly appreciated but not required! Can be non-monetary as well, like a sweet treat, a smoothie/matcha, cool stickers, good books, etc.

Detailed aftercare instructions will be provided at the end of your session. Please follow them closely to ensure proper healing.
Once the tattoo is complete, it is your responsibility to care for it.
I am not responsible for healing issues that arise from not following aftercare instructions.

Yes, below are the deposit amounts for varying appointment types:
Flash Deposit: $100 | Custom Deposit: $150
Multi-session deposit/Tattoo over $500: $250
This deposit is honored for one reschedule (48-hour advanced notice required), and is applied to the total cost of the tattoo day of appointment.

Only forfeited in the case of a no-call, no-show or reschedule without 48 hours ' notice (aside from emergencies) — Last-minute cancellations or no-call, no-shows will require a new deposit to rebook. Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE, but transferable 1x if a reschedule is needed
Eat a good meal beforehand and arrive well hydrated (start drinking a lot of water at least 5 days before your appointment).
Bringing a little snack or something sweet is always a good idea, but I’ll have some on hand if you forget!
Please arrive sober (alcohol & 420) and avoid drinking alcoholic beverages the day before.
Wear comfortable clothing and something that will be easy for you to be tattooed in, like a button-up for a sternum tattoo, a strapless top for a shoulder tattoo, etc. Dark colors are recommended as to avoid any damages from tattoo ink (that shit STAINS, trust me), I just don’t want u to be mad at me for staining your cool fit :’)
Pasties & dental bibs are available for additional privacy if needed as well!
Cash, Zelle, Venmo, and card payments (tap only) are accepted.
Cash & Zelle are always preferred to avoid additional fees!!
